I BUILD THINGS THAT REFLECT HOW I LIVE.

I'm an entrepreneur and content creator, but neither of those started as titles. They came from doing — training hard, cooking daily, documenting the process, and slowly turning that into something people could follow and connect to.

Most of what I share sits at the intersection of performance and real life. I care about how I train. I care about how I eat. I care about building something that actually lasts. I don't separate those things — they feed into each other.

I train with intent. No shortcuts, no excuses. That mindset took me from my first marathon to my third, hitting a Boston qualification with a 3:09 PR. Now I'm chasing the next level — looking to compete across the World Marathon Majors and continuing to see what I'm capable of.

Outside of training, I'm in the kitchen just as much. Not because I have to be, but because food is part of how I perform, and I love creating alternatives for a balanced lifestyle. It's not restrictive. It's not complicated. It's just consistent and tastes good.

Some of my recipes have taken on a life of their own — like the dumpling "lasagna" that turned into a viral moment — but the goal has never been virality. It's always been to make food people actually come back to and trust.

Through all of it, I document what's real: the good sessions, the off days, the meals that work, the ones that don't, and the process of building something from the ground up. This isn't a highlight reel. It's just the work, and everything that comes with it.
